Three Tools. One Seed. Zero Compromise.
Three Tools.
One Seed.
Zero Compromise.
Most apps do one thing. Z-Text does three — and each one is more private than the best standalone tool in its category. Wallet. Password manager. Messenger. All controlled by a single 24-word seed that never leaves your hands.
Crypto Wallet
A full BitcoinZ (BTCZ) wallet with both transparent (T) and shielded (Z) addresses. Send, receive, and hold. Native. Self-custodial. No exchange, no KYC.
Password Manager
An on-chain encrypted vault for your credentials. AES-256-GCM encrypted before leaving your device. Stored on the blockchain. No LastPass breach can touch it.
zk-SNARKs Messenger
The world's first shielded blockchain messenger. Messages are on-chain shielded transactions. Metadata hidden by zero-knowledge proofs. No phone. No server. No trace.
Why combine these three things in one app?
Because the seed phrase is the key to all three. Your BTCZ wallet, your encrypted password vault, your message history — all recoverable from a single 24-word mnemonic that you hold. No third party involved. No cloud backup required. No company holding a master key that can be breached, subpoenaed, or handed to a government. One seed, total sovereignty. Z-Text is the only app doing this.
How is the blockchain password manager different from LastPass or Bitwarden?
LastPass was breached in 2022 — encrypted vaults stolen. Bitwarden Cloud is a central server with a master key that Bitwarden holds. Z-Text's vault has no central server. Every password entry is AES-256-GCM encrypted on your device before it writes to the BitcoinZ blockchain. The only key that can decrypt it is your seed phrase. There is no Bitwarden to breach, no LastPass server to compromise. The vault is on a blockchain running since 2017 with no single point of failure.

// Illustrative only. Your real seed is generated locally, never transmitted.
What are T-addresses and Z-addresses in the wallet?
BitcoinZ supports two address types. T-addresses (transparent) work like standard Bitcoin addresses — visible on the public blockchain, useful for public transactions. Z-addresses (shielded) use zk-SNARKs zero-knowledge proofs to hide the sender, receiver, and amount. Z-Text uses Z-addresses for messaging — your message identity is shielded by the same cryptography that shields your transactions. It's the same key infrastructure for money and communication.
How much does it actually cost to use Z-Text?
The app is free to download. Sending messages costs approximately $0.00003 per message in BTCZ network fees. The Ghost licence (250 credits) gives you around 25 million possible messages. You'd have to send 100 messages a day for decades to exhaust it. A pre-licence voucher from z-text.com/packages covers the messenger, raw memo access, and vault — payable in BTC, ETH, XMR, BTCZ, ZEC, and more.
